 AA0001 Ewer h. cm 21 g. 750 aprox.

BA0001 Basin cm 35,5x30x h.5 g.600 approx.

Inspired by the original german '700 model.

Originally used to wash the hands before lunch.

Obtained by hammer forging from a silver plate previously shaped on a lathe and then filled with pitch for the embossing.

Removed the pitch, again hammered using special supports in order to smooth the surfaces.

The other parts such as the handle and the border of the basin are obtained by casting , and finely filed and chiselled.

Then we proceed to assemble everything using only brazing alloys with high content of silver.

In the end the finish with three stages of grinding, buffing and polishing.

If you are lucky enough to have one of these objects in your hand try to count the hammer's imprints....
